Create and describe a project that will:
Target middle and high school students,
Teach technical skills, and
Teach soft (interpersonal) skills.
Include a description of whatever research you would undertake to evaluate reactions to your proposal among the targeted students.
Explain how you would recruit students to participate, what they would do, if they would be compensated, who would be responsible for teaching the skills (technical and soft), etc.
Assume that the initial funding would come from a foundation.
