I am Studying Msc Food Innovation.
I have an assigment of making a Portfolio .
Developing a New Food Brand.
I have choosen the category Healthy Range of Yoghurt rich promotes good Gut health.
I have allready submitted my Presentation of the developing of the new brand.
These are the points ehich should be addresed in the portfolio.
As you can check the presentation attached below . I have allready selected the Yogurtilicious Brand name .
My targeted market are vegan people and young adults who are busy with thier daily lifestyle.
The packaging material is also mentioned in the ppt which i will be using.
Introduction , Marketing plan , Brand rationale, Competitive analysis ,SWOT analysis, Segmentation and targeting, Tactical marketing plan , Packaging , Labelling , Conclusion .

1. Generate an idea for a brand for a range of new food products for the consumer group you have chosen from the 4 categories described above;
2. Demonstrate your understanding of competitors’ product brands prepared for the same consumer group. You could include a swot analysis for this;
3. Design a targeted marketing plan for your product/brand including, e.g. a consumer persona, targeted market segment, grand positioning statement and protection of the brand;
4. Design a distinct brand packaging for your product range, including a draft label for your product that meets legal requirements for safety and health claims (Food Information Regulation 2011);
5. Critically discuss your intended packaging design in terms of its format (e.g. can, bottle, pouch etc) and materials used with due consideration to both functional and emotive properties, in particular the packaging’s environmental sustainability.

I will attached 2 examples just for the reference and patterns and what should be in the portfolio . These are just for example. Just to see and all the points which are used in the portfolio.
