4. A client needs you to make a complete technology solution for backing up AND archiving 10TB of footage that the client already has. They have given you a $1000 (USD) budget to do this. The 10TB of footage are are considered “operational” drives and cannot be used as part of the solution. Give us not only a line-item budget of what you would buy and its costs (and a link to where to find it at that price), but explain the data protection workflow of backing up AND archiving with your technology solution. This solution must use the 3-2-1 Approachdescribed in the reading. For solutions that have a recurring cost, assume that the budget is for 6 months. You will be graded on its effectiveness, value, and completeness of the data protection workflow. Note that this is a hypothetical solution, and so don’t include any things that you personally own.
There is no word limit on any given post, but a good portion of the grade is how “complete” your posts are. This will require some detail, and detail requires words. Make sure those words are spelled correctly, or it will make you look bad — and make others have less confidence in your ideas.
