Medical Office Scheduling

In the last lesson, you worked with manually scheduling patient appointments. You learned about scheduling using an electronic medical record system in this lesson. In 200 words or more, Compare And Contrast: Paper versus Electronic Scheduling Of Appointments. State three ways the processes are alike and three ways they are different. Some aspects to consider would include how the matrix is set up, how cancelations can be handled, searching for patient’s appointments, sending reminders, viewing the records, searching for available times, ease of use, etc.
