The Meme Assignment.
For this assignment, you will be asked to produce a meme based on one of the readings from the course. The purpose of this assignment is to show that you, as the reader, have a grasp of some of the more subtle elements of the text. There are four specific requirements for the assignment.
A visual element that relates to the reading.
An added textual element.
A quote from the text with a paragraph explaining the inspiration for the meme and what the quote means in a larger context.
A correctly formatted MLA citation for the source material.
