Mental status paper on: Demi Lovato

1. Title Page: Capitalize S in Status and P in Paper and have Demin Lovato on the same line as mental Status Paper. In addition, have your name on the line right after Mental Status Paper: Demi Lovato.
Page 2: Make sure the whole page is right justified as it looks as thought the discussion section is center justified. Do not Bold the first few sentences.
Page 3; Looks good but that first paragraph is centered justified from the page before and needs to be right justified.
Page 4 Have Demi Lovato start the line right under Anxiety Attacks (You have Quadruple space between and you only need double).Same with the Non-Binary Revolution Heading it should only be double spaced under has had to live with.
Page 5 Only double space after orientation but before the History of Bipolar Disorder and Bulimia and bold this title.
Also, Bold the heading Demi Lovato’s Diagnosis with Bipolar Disorder.
Page 6 Looks good.
Page 7 Make sure the spacing is all double space particularly under realities and before following and after died and before the heading Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy Treatment. Also, the citation (Hudson, 2019) should be in standard black ink the same size as the current font as all the citations should be throughout the paper.
Page 8 Current Mental Assessment should be double spaced after she puts it away and Current Mental Assessment should be bolded.
Page 9 Fill in the chart for the Mental Status Exam and
move the heading Demi Lovato Substance Abuse Relapse Up a line. Make sure the font is all the same size throughout the paper.
Page 10 If Demi did not have an encounter with the criminal justice system you just do not have to include it not say no encounter with the criminal justice system. So, you can delete that part.
Page 11 Write References bolded and centered at the top of the References Page.

Please review paper it was already written it just needs minor changes and additions
