Middle Range Theory

Using a grand theorist from last week: Henderson. from the Discussion Board, propose a middle-range theory where you apply it to an actual population you work with and/ practice problem you experience. Be brief and simple. My Work Experience is: Nurse Care Manager for the geriatric population, I make home visits and create care plans to ensure these patients are safe in the community.
