Students will use the results of the self-assessment instruments to analyze themselves as a member of their employer’s organization. The first part of the student’s assignment is to assess and describe themselves in terms of the self-assessment results (e.g., personality, learning style, locus of control, self-monitoring behavior, decision making, self-esteem, and risk-taking behaviors).
The second part of the paper should describe how the student’s internal makeup (described in Part 1) in combination with their employer’s organizational policies/activities influences the student’s level of job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The papers are 5 – 7 pages in length. Papers should be double-spaced, using 12 point Times New Roman font, and utilize one-inch margins. Students should cite any outside source appropriately in APA format. Use Bible where you think it is appropriate.
