Misconception: Abraham Lincoln’s Emancipation Proclamation Freed the Slaves.

Here are the details.
I’d like a paper written about the following: Many people were taught that Abraham Lincoln was a great president because he wanted slavery to end. I’d like a reasearch paper that argues that Abraham Lincoln’s desire to free slaves was not from a place of moral judgment, right and wrong and that The Emancipation Proclamation did not actually free all slaves.
