1. A web server that implements the above scenario in a secure fashion. The web server must be fully GDPR compliant. It should use cryptographic methods to ensure GDPR compliance. The personal data (i.e., names, phone numbers, and disabilities) should be encrypted using a secure cipher. The passwords should be hashed appropriately. The application should be developed using a Python stack. The code must be managed in a git repository.
2. A 1500 word report on the most important aspects of GDPR that need to be considered for ICT developers when handling personal data.
