Modern Physics research assignment

Basically come up with an opinoin based question that are in the 4U curriculum units (listed below) this question can be something like are electric cars more efficient than regular cars. Let me know the question you come up with ASAP
Please follow the attached documents as much as you can. Aiming for the highest level (100) and for that it must include all the things listed from level 3, 4-, 4 and 4+.
The amount of words required and page length is flexible, it can be more or less, I am willing to pay more if you do go over the amount listed in here. But please make sure it’s as efficient as possible, so it’s not redundant and gets the point across clearly

Also for connecting it back to the 4U curriculum units, heres the units (I have also attached the textbook if you want to see it for yourself):
