N-2 and OSR-1 Worms in High Salt Conditions

In the lab we exposed N-2 Worms to medium salt conditions before placing them in high salt conditions- with a control group as well. OSR-1 Worms (which have higher levels of glycerol) tend to be resistant to salt conditions (paralysis), thus we compared the N-2 Worms introduced to medium salt conditions to the OSR-1 Worms both in high salt conditions to see if exposure to medium salt conditions made the N-2 Worms anymore resistant to the effects of the salt.Comments from CustomerMake sure to include a summary of muscle mechanics in the introduction and tie it to the experiment.
