1) Concepts to include in your paper are its theoretical/planning framework, program objectives, study design, sample, evaluation components (e.g., needs assessment, process, impact, outcome), whether the evaluation utilized qualitative or quantitative methods, the evaluation tools used, results of the evaluation. Please consider the following when writing your paper. Please note that these bullets are not meant to be sections of your paper or headings. These are just items to get you thinking about what to include in your paper.

What stages of evaluation were utilized and are described in the article and what is the main stage (e.g., formative evaluation/needs assessment, process evaluation, impact/outcome evaluation?
What are the objected and are they clearly stated?
Is there a theoretical framework guiding the intervention and evaluation. If so, what is it and how is it used? If not, should it?
Is there a flow from the intervention to the evaluation? Does the evaluation interrupt the implementation of the program or did the design complement the program so there was a nice flow between evaluation and implementation activities?
What type of evaluation design was employed? Describe the control and intervention groups.
What were the findings of the evaluation?
Were the authors fair in their interpretation of the findings and recommendations for future steps?

2) Provide a critique of the evaluation and how you think it could have been improved. Discuss what information was missing and what you would have liked to see. What do you think could have been done better? Do you think the evaluators were ethical in their evaluation? Did the evaluation include diverse groups of individuals?
