Create a new employee orientation schedule for the job description you wrote. This should be based on the reading in chapter 10. You should make it as long and as detailed as you feel it needs to be. There are no specific time requirements.
You will also want to create a specific training for a work process. This means a detailed step by step process to complete a task.

Describe your current job’s training program. Tell me about the good parts of it, and the bad parts of it. Then describe how you would change it if you were in charge.
