1) Pick one ancient
writing (apart from the Old Testament)and write a summary of its content and themes
2) Pick a theme in the ancient writing and find a point of contact with a
passage in the NT
3) Evaluate how the ancient writing and NT passage relate to
and illuminate each other. It is imperative that the student is thoroughly familiar
with the chosen ancient source and uses primary source
All of the papers should be typed in Times New Roman, 12
font.
