Hello everyone, my name is Nancy Nanhwan, and I want to teach you how to make a LinkedIn account; many people are on LinkedIn, made their profile and left it as it is; this LinkedIn Beginner’s guide will be helpful to create a new account, find new career-building opportunities, and join the network and connect to the professional people.
To create an account on LinkedIn, you have to open the LinkedIn Web page first.

Use a background profile that looks more professional, an excellent smiling pic, appropriate clothing for the job industry, not a full body shot, and don’t wear a hat or sunglasses. Don’t get Selfie’s profile picture.
Now that we have chosen an excellent profile pic let’s make ourselves more presentable by selecting a perfect headline that will ask you about your current profession.
Are you a student?
Job title: your job title
Company: where do you work
Industry: Nursing
Specialties: you want to add your things here, identifying you!
This section will tell your story in your summary. Your summary is the first accurate impression on people after your picture and headline. It is important to make your summary look organized.
A good way to tell your story: where did you work before, your successes, what are your specialties, keep in mind the goals that define you as you would in a job interview, well written, free from grammars and add education. Who you are? What are you passionate about?
Adding a personal experience helps employers to investigate your profile and get an idea about you! The company/industry you have work and what title and how long you have worked there for and a summary of your duties you have done. Add your biggest accomplishment. Don’t include too much information. Place the key word and keyword phrase from the job posting.
You can add your education, your current and past information, any degree you had, or any certificates and honors that you have got.
It is another area where you can highlight your strength and insert keywords. Your connections can then endorse you for your skills. Add you three main skills that your expert (like CNA certified) in, hiring companies will look at those skills.
It is the perfect way to get recognized for what you do, the people you are in your profile can see the recommendations you have got about your job, or you can ask your managers or supervisor to recommend you on LinkedIn account
