Attempt to determine the client’s nutritional goal (WHY IS THE CURRENT WOE CREATING AN ISSUE THAT HAS CAUSED THEM TO SEEK NUTRITIONAL COUNSELING)
Document his or her level of activity.
Identify any potential health concerns or goals the client may have.
2. Interview your real or hypothetical client using the above information. Record the clients responses (real or inferred for a hypothetical client)
Research the special need integrating the Text, Eat Right
website, AND the lecture & video content in the Discussions.
Summarize the information on the Special Need in 250 words.
Create a list of questions to plan menus for that client. List at least 10 questions for use in an interview.
Develop a menu for this client.
