simple essays for a certification, would require familiarity with the textbook and just explaining certain concepts.
3 Essays. Each essay just needs to be 250-500 words
and this is for a certification so would i be able to provide a pdf of the textbook that way the write has reference material and they can make sure they’re writing each little essay properly
its not highly technical or anything

Essay 1: Provide a brief description of the three macronutrients: carbohydrate, protein, and fat. Explain the role of each macronutrient and provide the recommended dietary allowances for each.
Essay 2: Describe the process of converting adenosine tri-phosphate (ATP) into energy within the human body.
Essay 3: Your new client is familiar with the Food Pyramid, the previous graphic representation of the Dietary Guidelines, but unfamiliar with the current MyPlate tool. Describe the differences between the two tools, and why the switch was made.
