Week 4 Written Assignment: Measurement Instrument Questions
This is a three-part assignment (1-2 pages).
Part 1 – Give a brief summary of the organizational problem that you are trying to solve.
Part 2 – State what your Research Question is.
Part 3 – List the measurement questions you selected for the survey or interview. There should be a minimum of 10 questions and a maximum of 20 questions. Remember, the goal of your survey or interview questions is to produce information needed to solve the organizational problem. The quality of your questions influences the instrument’s quality, reliability, and validity.
