The presentation is due prior to the report, as this gives
students the opportunity to finalize an outline for the report and solicit
feedback or ideas that could positively impact the final report. The
presentation should be professional – one that incorporates Power Point slides
or another type of visual. If using slides, avoid presenting slides that are
covered with text; instead, use keywords, visuals, and summary points. Use your
vocal words to offer the finer details that relate to what is presented. Be
sure to include an introduction that explains who you are and why you chose to
study the organization you selected. Also, mention any individuals by name that
you consulted, and any other references should be noted in a references list. You
are required to upload electronic materials used to the presentation drop box
in Blackboard (check for due date).

Presentations
should include:
a) the organizational problem
b) alternative explanations/theories
explaining why the problem exists (refer to Scandura)
c) qualitative and/or quantitative
data collected that would help understand the problem
d) the factors in the organization or
environment that contribute to the problem but are likely not changeable (refer
to Scandura)
e) the specific action steps that
should be implemented to remedy the problem (refer to Scandura)
