There are four questions I need answered. The first two are together.
1. What are the 5 most important characteristics of the ideal organization that you would like to be a part of, and why? 2. What do these ideal characteristics show about your personal instrumental and terminal values, and what is important to you in your career and life?
The five characteristics can be anything from equality, diversity, proper communication, structure, transparency, investment, accountability, leadership or whatever else you can think of. Each of the five characteristics should be explained in detail. You should focus more on the first question about the ideal organization, as the second question only needs a few sentences.
3. Where do you want to fit professionally into the definition of supply chain?
4. Where does your employer/former employer fit into the definition of supply chain?
You can use personal experience or make up a work scenario for these two questions.
