Organizational Development Change

This week, you will continue your Research Paper, by completing an outline. This outline is a
“writing outline”, meaning that it is a preview of your forthcoming paper. Your outline should
be completed during or after the research phase. A robust outline often results in a much
stronger and more complete final paper.
To create your outline, reference the “Example Outline” provided as an attached document in
your Learning Activities and Assessment folder. Each point in your outline must have some
information attached from the research phase. For example, a sufficient amount of research
information for the outline point “a. iv. employees” could be “15,000 global employees in 9
international locations with 3,500 U.S. employees”.
You must submit your outline as a Microsoft Word document, with 12-point Times New Roman
font and 1” margins. Your submission must be 3-4 pages, in written outline form. Include at least
1 reference to your course textbook and/or resources, as well as the reference to your ODC
source. Cite your references at the end of your outline in current APA format.
