5. Demonstrate creativity that is pleasing for the target group.
6. At a minimum the following 5 items must be included:
a. Description of the service just provided at the office.
b. What to expect in the next 24 hours?
c. Suggestion of foods to avoid.
d. Suggestion of foods to include in the diet.
e. Special oral care and dental re-care instructions
