Students will complete a narrative essay by relating a recent outdoor recreation experience to
specific concepts in chapters 1-4 by defining course concepts and explaining how and why they
apply to the outdoor recreation experience. Students will demonstrate basic APA formatting in both formatting and writing style by
completing 5 pages of written work. Students will demonstrate sound sentence formation, grammar, and punctuation by completing 5
pages of written work.
