Outline “ Black Men and Public Space “

I will upload the the Outline Template and the story to read “ Black Men and Public Spaces “ under files.
when writing the outline my professor wants us to explain a few things :
What is the perspective of Black men when they are out in public ? How is he perceived by other people? How are his feelings affected? how is he physically affected? How does he cope? what does he do? is it fair or unfair ? what do you find out about how he (staples) is perceived?
In the essay when he mentions “ I learned to smother the rage I felt so often being taken for a criminal. “ do you see a angry man or do you see a man not letting his anger show? Who is this writer writing this for? Is he writing for other African Americans or is he writing it for a different audience? if so how is that audience? you can google the publications on where the article was published and this will give the that answer.
