Students will improve something
about themselves (increasing sleep time ). The student will describe the aim of the chosen
activity and how they anticipate it will improve over time. The improvement must be
SMART (specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, time-based) and utilize the PDSA cycle
(Plan, Do, Study, Act). Students must Plan, Make changes, test, study, and adjust their
actions. Students will demonstrate results using flow charts, graphs, or other methods that
illustrate the PDSA over time.
