Should persons who post bomb-making information be responsible to the victims of someone who acts on this information?
Should persons be liable who call for someone to be killed, but take no actions themselves? Does your view change if that threat was specific to a group of people such as a certain religious group or a group of mean girls in a school?
What if someone makes extremely derogatory comments about another person or a corporation and widely distributes them?
What if that person is someone who works in your small business, what then?
