A leadership philosophy is a statement or description about the fundamental beliefs and values that define your practice of leadership. For this cumulative assignment, think about your own definition of leadership and the theories, and the models and frameworks that you have been exposed to throughout this course. Revisit the journals and reflect on your philosophy of leadership regardless of an organizational context. Think about the broader aspects of individual leadership and consider your values, beliefs, and attitudes, and how they translate to your leadership behavior. In this paper, it is acceptable to use first person when providing reflective comments.
Compose a 5 page summative philosophy that combines personal reflection with examples from your research throughout this course. Answer the following questions:

What traits, skills, and behaviors will gain the trust of those you wish to influence?
What are your concepts regarding whom to involve, and when, in the decision-making process in your organization?
