The essay needs to be a personal statement about a faculty physician who is part of the family practice residency (a christian university) who want to be an associate professor.
She (Dr. Jaqua) is from Brazil and graduated medical school there but did her residensy at this same program where she is now a faculty physician. Of course she now wants to be an associate professor.
