Write a four- to five-page paper in which you develop your philosophy of leadership. Specific elements of a
philosophy of leadership will be discussed throughout the course. Support this philosophy through the
course readings, biblical principles, and other external sources as you make specific assertions about your
beliefs regarding the practice of leadership and your own development as a leader, follower and so forth.
You will supplement this paper with at least four additional sources (in APA format). Submit your
