Political Science Research Paper – PA Courts and SPSS analysis

This paper is for my senior Seminar Political Science class. The research question is “Are Pennsylvania Courts of Common Pleas effective when looking at disposition rates from 1993-2020?” I have already written the Literature Review and the Method+Hypothesis sections, and they are attached below. The data that I am analyzing comes from annual caseload stastics of Pennsylvania courts of common pleas, and the relevant stats come from Judicial system. I have added in the excel sheet I compiled the data on. All of the sources that are required have already been found and cited. There is no need to cite and use them. The only part of the paper that needs to be written is the actual calculation and use of ANOVA in SPSS to determine the realtionship of the variables effectiveness and year of elections.
