Helpful Hints:
Nervousness may also cause you to inflect improperly. If you inflect up at the
ends of sentences that are not questions, you will make them sound like
questions (e.g., “Hello? My name is John Smith. I am your
caseworker?”). Asking interview questions this way shows a lack of
confidence. Client sometimes find it annoying and may shut down or request
another worker.
