This paper must be in APA format. 3 to 5 pages this is a final post graduation plan paper,discussing specific plans after graduating with a BA in business management. I am currently a business owner of a salon in Memphis, Tennessee. My plans are to become a cosmetology instructor in the Memphis city school system after obtaining my BA in business management from LeMoyne-on college. I have been a cosmetologist over 38 years and have mentored over 40 young women in the hair industry. Some who have become cosmetologist, on their owned their on salon, and have thrived in many fields under the umbrella of cosmetology. Teaching and giving back to the community by passing on my trade, and knowledge is my goal. Another specific plan after receiving my degree is to obtain a grant to open up a cosmetology school.
