What city are you planning on placing the project in?
How big will the project be?
Will you be designing the whole space?
What spaces will need to be included?
What are the square footages and requirements for each space?
What is/are occupancy type(s) for the space?
What code requirements exists related to the occupancy type?
What are the human factor considerations that you need to know for the project?
You need to present the full research, all the things you have learned and all the things associated to the topic, you have been researching poverty and the lack of education resources for at least 5 weeks, so there should be evidence of that much research. After that, you need to present the need for help. Why this needs to be addressed? Then, you need to present current case studies (existing project that are in place now, good or bad). Discuss those case studies and how they would work.
Finally you need to discuss what you are proposing on doing in your project. This needs to be a full discussion on your proposed project, which include location and reason why you want to place it in that city.
