Elements of the case study will include a summary of the issue or event, the applicability of the subject FAR, the FAA/NTSB interpretation of the implementation/violation of the subject FAR, and changes, if any, to the FAR as a result of the issue or event. The final element of the case studies will be a discussion of the student’s thoughts on the situation and the results.
These case studies are scholarly works, must show the applicability of the subject FAR to the identified issue or event, and will be written in the current APA style. Submissions should be a minimum (2 -3 pages APA format double spaced), the case studies must show the student’s thorough understanding of the subject FARs and be written in a scholarly manner in accordance with grammatical and style formats.
