Part 1: Completed PowerPoint with Voiceover Submission for Instructor Feedback
• Due by the end of Week 4 at 11:59 pm, ET.
This week you will use your outline and initial thoughts Word document to create and submit your completed PowerPoint presentation in its entirety. All slides should be complete following the 6×6 rule on slides 2-12, content should be Times New Roman or Arial 28-point font for content, and you should add a picture to each slide. Please be sure to incorporate any feedback that was given in your week 2 submission assignment.
• Title Slide 1 (name, program, date, class)
• Introduction Slide 2 (overview of your presentation)
• Slides 3 – 8 (content slides – one for each agent of socialization, incorporating culture, structure, or power for each)
• Slide 9 – Outline how deviance plays a part in our personal and workplace lives.
• Slide 10 (Identify what social factors contribute to the current social inequalities and how we can create social change within our own company and community.)
• Conclusion Slide 11 (Wrap up of your presentation – What do you want your audience to walk away remembering?)
• Reference Slide 12 – include all references you used as a recourse and cited in your presentation
Oral Presentation (The total recording should be 5-7 minutes in length.):
• Your voice should be clear and easy to understand
• You should vary your tone of voice and use pauses effectively to place emphasis on important points
• You should provide additional insight to PowerPoint slides in your own words.
• You should not read verbatim from the slides.
• You should avoid non-words (“Um,” “Uh,” “You Know”) and practice using professional language

Part 2: Reflection
• Due by the end of Week 7.5 at 11:59 pm, ET.
For the final piece of your Portfolio Project, you will reflect upon the course and how it directly relates to your future workplace. This reflection will be delivered as a Word document 1-2 pages in length.
For this reflection:
a) Analyze the importance of this project to your future career.
b) In your own words, reflect on how this project meets the Institutional outcomes as stated on the first page.
