Project Management Planning Exercise
The Project Management Planning Exercise will be written in executive memo format (1-2 pages single-spaced) and a PowerPoint presentation of a minimum of ten slides for a 15-minute presentation.

Purpose & Process:
In order to demonstrate competency in collaboration and communication in
organizations, a presentation plan will be developed to achieve a learning or
informing effect that may be applied to a group or audience in a
contemporary organization.

Choose a group or audience within an organization and a
presentation topic that you are familiar and/or interested that would be
appropriate for presentation to the selected group/audience.

Product: The student
will develop a presentation lesson plan in the form of a written report and
that includes the following elements:

Identification and description of target audience
Goals and Objectives of presentation
Assessment of audience needs
Identification of appropriate teaching and learning modalities
Time frame or presentation to achieve goals and objectives
of presentation
Presentation structure
End of presentation evaluation plan

How to Develop a “Killer” Presentation
