In item (7), Content analysis, you need to list the core content and functionality of the information system you choose. You can use content map. There is a short description of content map in the textbook, Chapter 11, page 329. Besides, this page (https://www.webfx.com/blog/web-design/content-mapping/# Links to an external site.) will give you a more intuitive understanding of content map.
In terms of the tools for creating content maps, you can simply use PPT to list the critical chunks of content and functionalities and draw the mapping between them. You can also use some mind mapping tools (e.g., https://coggle.it/ Links to an external site.) to generate the content map. Or you can choose any other means that you’re familiar with. Please remember that a content chunk isn’t necessarily a sentence, paragraph, or page. One page may map to one or multiple or no functionality, so think about how to separate content from the container (e.g., page, section).
