Proposal Presentation Submission

The final part of your project is to deliver a presentation on your new idea to your boss and senior leadership. You have all the research from your weekly submissions and now all you have to do is create a PowerPoint® presentation with a voice-over on your research.

Your boss requested you submit a formal proposal detailing each of these aspects and how you will manage/lead the process to complete before they can approve the new service/product.

Towards the end of the course, you will pull all your submissions together to create a narrated PowerPoint® presentation with the intent to persuade your boss and senior leadership on your idea.

As you put the PowerPoint® presentation together, each section should be titled with a specific function of management presented. Make your presentation visually appealing and remember this is a reflection of you. Keep your presentation to bullet format and use appropriate pictures and animations to enhance your presentation and ensure a quality product for your final submission.

Your presentation should be at a minimum, six slides and include approximately 4–6 bullets per slide. Be sure to include a reference slide to show your research, and at a minimum, six scholarly sources. Include graphics or animations to enhance your presentation. Again, try to convince your boss and senior leadership your idea is needed and create a visually appealing presentation.
