*Review the 2015 Professional Standards for Educational Leaders (SEE ATTACHMENT)
•Prepare a chart to explain the following in adequate detail with supportive references citing:
*Describe at least three leadership standards you have already developed and justify why.
*Choose at least three leadership standards you still need to further incorporate into your leadership style and briefly explain how you might accomplish this leadership growth.
*Requirement: one chart (see attached chart), not including title and reference pages. The assignment chart is partial filled with standards for each area of the assignment.
*The references should support the responses by utilizing and referencing the Professional Leadership Standards for Educational Leaders.
