Even though this course is called “Public Speaking,” a lot of what you will learn in this course will apply to other areas of your life. This assignment is a perfect example of that.
I am attaching two documents. The first one I created, and it’s full of advice on how you can improve your interpersonal speaking and listening skills.
The second one is an article that discusses how to be a good listener.
After you read both, please upload a MS Word document that answers the following questions:
1. What are some “new”pieces of information that you learned in both documents?
2. Explain two or three points from each document that you feel you need to work on to improve your interpersonal communication skills. Why do you feel you need to work on those points, and how do you feel they can help you become a better communicator and listener?
