PART II
In this assignment, write a paper providing the identification and description of the key stakeholders (PART I) you interviewed who would serve on the
interprofessional team.
• The initial contact with three stakeholders was performed in Week 1 to set up an interview. The following questions should have been asked
in this interview: Charge Nurse; Social worker, and nurse
What type of interprofessional collaboration do you participate in at your facility?
What is the most recent quality improvement project that you have worked on and did it incorporate interprofessional collaboration?
What guidelines are used to promote excellence in your healthcare work environment?
What types of evidence-based quality improvement processes can be used to promote excellence and effective teams?
• For this 1 – 2-page paper:
Identify the interprofessional roles of the three stakeholders identified in Unit 1.
Provide a brief description of their role in an organization and their role on a hypothetical interprofessional team.
Provide a synopsis of each interviewee related to the questions asked during the interview.

PART III
Scenario: You have been appointed as the leader of the interprofessional team that will work together to implement the proposed change that will
address the identified problem. You have identified what the problem is and who your team members will be. Now you need to describe the
innovative quality improvement changes that would be implemented to address the problem.
In a written (1-2 page) paper, provide the following:
Using the summary provided in part II, describe the role that each of the intra- and interprofessional team members would have on your
hypothetical team.
As the leader, describe how you would foster collaboration, show respect for diversity, and manage interactions of the intra- and
interprofessional group members.
Utilizing professional standards and best practices, identify the tools that could be used in the identified quality improvement plan, to
promote excellence, innovation and quality care.
