Perform the following tasks.
Step 1: Develop a quality management plan.
Based on the work you have completed over the last six weeks, develop a quality management plan that addresses the following areas:
Plan quality (Module 2)
Quality assurance (Module 3)
Quality control (Modules 4 and 5)
You can use work you have completed for this course thus far in the form of charts, graphs, and findings to support your final plan
Project processes, Solving Project Problems, Change Control (Module 6), using the project scenario.
Develop and discuss a cause and effect diagram
Develop and discuss a force field analysis
Discuss the basic elements of integrated change control (reference PMBOK section 4.5)
Be sure to include a title slide, introduction slide, and a summary slide. Cite your sources used in your presentation, and include references slide. Use the notes section of presentation to expand key terms and concepts.
Use MS PowerPoint to develop a professional-quality presentation that could be used to share your plan in a business environment.
