The materials of your 3-member peer group could serve as a good reference for what you should be doing and how you should be doing in stage 4 – especially part relating the cost and financial analysis. Try to integrate the supplier information into spreadsheet calculations/score sheet to present a uniform/good comparative analysis. Show the total landed cost/TCO calculations explicitly.
