As we have learned, effective communication in real estate is essential for several reasons. Research communication techniques and apply those to a real estate career. Explain how you might use these techniques in dealing with clients, potential clients, with your team, with other agents, and in your advertising. How will this give you an advantage over other agents and in your own production?
This analysis is to be completed using APA formatting and will require the following:

Have an Executive Summary.
Have an introductory paragraph with a thesis statement.

Have a conclusion that sums up the points in your paper.
Use APA formatting for citations and references.
Have a reference page that is formatted in APA style.
