Goal:
Pick a Chicago residential property for sale and see if it is a good investment (i.e. positive NPV, high IRR). Upload the final excel file here. DO NOT HARDCODE within the analysis proportion (or in the assumptions when calculating certain variables like loan, debt payment, etc.)
Criteria:
-Sell at the end of year 5
-Use a discount rate of 10%
Show the levered IRR and all-equity IRR
-The address of the property and the names of who you worked with should be clear and evident in the excel file
-Format should be similar to the attached file.
