Your task
Read the New Office project descriptions (Parts 1-3 inclusive) accompanying this Activity Sheet in the Resources section then:
(a) Prepare a schedule based on the project outlined using Microsoft Project and the template provided (APC_Activity_5_Base_2007.mpp);
(b) Allocate resources to the schedule as per the Resource Allocation and Levelling sheet and then answer the three questions on that sheet;
(c) Update the schedule to take account of progress reported in the Updating the Schedule sheet and determine the revised completion time, identifying the critical path in the process.
Important information in order to submit your work:
Prepare and present the results using Microsoft Project and the template provided.
Please do not invent new tasks for the schedule, split those existing or change the calendar – keep in days – and do not submit any schedule as a PDF file as it can be difficult to verify results.
Submit your results as a single archive (.zip format only, NOT .rar).
Do not embed your files in a Word document.
