Each week, you will be expected to complete a reflection assignment. Most weeks (except for those when an Arts-Based Synthesis is due) will consist of a 2-3 paragraph (~300 words) summary and reflection on your learning experiences for the week: a “Documentation of Weekly Learning” (DWL). Each DWL paper will integrate/synthesize community experiences, readings, and discussions and interpret them in terms of your learning for the week.
The substance of your reflection may be personal, should connect with readings or classroom discussions through specific examples, and may include an aesthetic representation (visual, literary, or other) of your learning.
Your DWL must be uploaded to Canvas by midnight Sunday. You must complete your reflection assignment for each week before you will be able to open the next Module in the course.
