Final Paper:
For this final paper, I would like you to think back on what you have read, learned, written about, and reflected on in this class from the first module onward and write a two-part paper that synthesizes and applies the class content. Look back at all six modules before starting this paper in order to incorporate specific examples (from the course) to illustrate your points.
Part One: Reflection (500-word minimum)
This is an opportunity to reflect on what you feel are the principles and practices of effectively managing project resources, your growing knowledge of this area of project management, and how you plan to gain additional experience. • What have you learned about yourself through this class in general and project resource management in particular?
• What areas of project resource management do you feel you excel (or at the very least have a strong understanding)?

For this section, you will need to identify a challenge encountered in projects (in relation to resources) that you would like to explore. This may be a project you have been involved in (coursework, professional, home project) or a real-world project you choose to use as an example.
