This is a reflection on what you have learned about human skills during the module.

What is reflective writing?

Reflective writing has a different style to the academic writing you would use in your business reports at Hult. In reflective writing you can:

write about your personal experiences, framing them in relation to your module learning outcome
write in the first person and may use more informal language
track how you have developed over a period of time
be more emotive and less objective
use less academic literature as evidence, although you must still use some sources to help explain why and how things happened.
Reflective writing is an opportunity to express what you know and how it relates to your experience. It helps you to think about the process of learning and make it more useful to you. It is important to be critical and not just descriptive. You should make links between actions and performance and suggest ways in which you will do things differently in the future.

What should I reflect upon in my essay?

Please include the following in your assignment:

An informed understanding of the skills gap between AI and human beings.
An analysis of your VIA Character Strengths profile in support of a well-reasoned description of what it means to be human.
A description of the workplace environment required for you to flourish .
Insight into how you will cultivate and maintain specific human skills to future-proof yourself in the workplace.
